About us
Bodegas San Huberto is a wine company that produces wines in Argentina and China.
In Argentina it has two production units, one in the province of Mendoza, in the Vistalba district of the town of Lujan de Cuyo, and another in the province of La Rioja, in the Aminga Valley, in the Castro Barros Department, part of the so-called “Costa Riojana” at the foot of Velazco Hill (the province’s main mountain chain, close to the Andes mountain range).
In all its productive units it has vineyards and wineries. San Huberto produces and sell high quality wines with grapes from its own vineyards.
Bodegas San Huberto is owned by a business group with more than 70 years of commercial history in Argentina that is present in the areas of: media, entertainment, logistics, livestock, agriculture and tourism.
In China, it has a production unit in the town of Huailai, a city located 100 km north of the capital city of Beijing.
Wineries
Three vineyards located in the Aminga Valley (28º South latitude), Castro Barros Department, La Rioja province, Argentina.
Planted area 200 hectares.
Sandy loam soil, dry climate, little rainfall in the year, moderate winds, great thermal amplitude, ample luminosity and 1450 mt. height above sea level.
CELLAR
Storage capacity of 5 million litres. Production capacity of 4 million litres. Fractionation plant with Italian automatic packaging machine.
TERROIR
AMINGA VALLEY, CASTRO BARROS DEPARTMENT, LA RIOJA PROVINCE. The vineyards are close to the winery at the foot of El Velazco hill.
Mendoza
VINEYARDS
One vineyard located in the town of Santa Rosa, province of Mendoza. Planted area: 120 hectares. A second vineyard located in the town of Luján de Cuyo, Vistalba district, Mendoza province, Argentina. Malbec variety.
CELLAR
Storage capacity 7 million litres. Processing capacity 6 million litres.

China
With a strong vision for business and considering consumer trends worldwide, Bodegas San Huberto installs its third winery in Huailai, China, thus becoming one of the first in Argentina to take the big step towards wine production in the future.
