NATURAL SWEET WHITE

Winemaker’s Notes: Straw yellow color, with green reflections, very attractive. Intense aroma, with notes of green apple, pineapple and grapefruit. It has a very good entrance in the mouth, sweet, fresh and fruity

Varietal: Chenin blanc 50% – Semillón 30% – Torrontés Riojano 20%

Elaboration: Destemming – pressing – Fermentation with selected yeast strain (15-20 days) at 15ºC in a stainless steel tank

Fermentation and stabilization stop: cold – centrifugation and tangential filtration
